I have been a Toyota owner for the past 20 years and I bought my present Toyota Solara from Fletcher Jones Toyota, Las Vegas in 2006. Even though my experience with Fletcher Jones from the purchase UPTO now has been far from pleasant, I continued to patronize Fletcher Jones because of the convenience of it's proximity to my place of employment. Today will be the very last time I would patronize this establishment and this will be the last Toyota I would own. Complaining to Customer Service has been a waste of time because all they do is come up with excuses for their lack of professionalism, honesty, and intergity, or avoid giving an answer altogether. I for one will make sure, moving forward that I would spread the word about Fletcher Jones very loudly through all avenues available to me, whether it be soclal media or word of mouth, to ensure that none of my friends or associates would have to experience it.
